I have decided to study Dr. Lillian Eva Dyck for this project. She is of Cree heritage and considered Status Indian. She is from Saskatchewan, Canada. She invented new compounds for the treatment of neuro-degenerative disorders. I was going to study Dr. Lori Arviso Alvord, but she was more of a contributor to her culture through medical technology than an actual inventor.
